I tried to contact Chronogolf because I could not create an account. The emailed validation code never came.
Could not speak to a human.
the response was always the same - how to create an account - not my issue of receiving a validation email. Super annoying and a wast of time.

Chronogolf steals your money and does not book a tee time with the golf course.
Then they give you the run around and there is no way to talk to anyone.

We had booked a golf day on September 17 at 1 oclock at the lakes of Banyan then we cancelled it 24 hours in advance and I still got charged on my credit card
I am looking to have this rectified if possible if someone can call me or email me back that would be great thank you

Don't use them.
Tried calling Chronogolf and got no answer. Emailed them and was told that the golf course would reimburse me. At the golf course they say no I have to call Chronogolf and we all know how that will work out.
App not allowing me to sign in
App refused to let me in and I cannot get a hold of any consumer service reps to help with the problem.

There wasnt even an option to connect with someone, this was pointless. Ive tried 4 different customer service numbers and I am still unable to get any help.

Phone would ring get the typical phone call is recorded for training purposes then it would hang up on me. Was unable to talk with anyone after multiple attempts.
Had my golf day canceled because course closed due to bad weather. Could not move money that I paid for a Tuesday to the Friday of the same week because the golf course who uses Chronogolf to book tee times isnt allowed to do that.

I would like a refund for one player who was sick in our group. I booked a tee time thru Chronogolf on Nov.
12 for golf at Crown Isle Golf Course for four players and Andrew Borbas was ill and could not attend. I paid $129.37 for four players and would like to be refunded for the one player. The booking was for Nov.
